Day 6

Life is a great journey that is filled with good days and bad, smooth days and challenging ones, days that are filled with sorrow and days of great joy.  The important thing to remember is we do not have to navigate these days alone.  I understand when the sun is shining the road we travel is well lit and easy to navigate, but there are cloudy days and to our regret even stormy ones. But we need not face the storm alone.  There is a shoulder that we can lean on that is rock solid. We don't have to worry about the storm when we cling to the solid rock, and that rock is Christ!  He is a shelter in a time of storm and a comfort in a time of despair. He has promised to never leave us; so no matter what the days hold, we have loving hands that hold our days!

From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2

"...For they drank from the spiritual rock that traveled with them, and that rock was Christ." 1Corinthians 10:4
