Day 21

Have you ever found yourself longing for days without worries? When you could just relax and enjoy life without fretting about how you are going to make ends meet. Days filled with peace knowing that everything will work out for your good. I know some are thinking those days only exist in fairy tales and far away places. But they can exist for us in the here and now. We have been given an invitation by our Heavenly Father to park worry at the door and step into his presence where there is fullness of Joy.

“That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? “And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you.....Mathew 6:25-28,30

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 16:11

So relax, take hold of your Father's hand and enjoy your journey. His hands are hands you can trust!
